Shipping

Orders are packed with much care and attention as many items are fragile and valuable. Once a parcel and items therein have left our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer able to oversee its safety and are therefore not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur in transit.

All lost and damaged claims must be made through the Australia Post (or other relevant carrier) website. Australia Post standard postage entitles you to $100 of compensation (accurate at time of writing. Please refer to Australia Post website for updated information). If you plan to place a larger order and would like to add additional insurance, please email us prior to placing your order.

Please check your parcel promptly on receipt. For any order mistakes, please make contact to alert us in a timely manner. Items will not be replaced if contacted later than two weeks after shipping date as we cannot prevent inventory selling out in the interim.

This shop operates on a restock/shop update model, opening only every 4-8 weeks for a week or less. As a result, a large amount of orders are received in a short space of time. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received during shop updates. Expect and allow for 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped.

The above does not apply to pre-order items, which are shipped by their estimated date as provided in the product listing.

Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us through email within 10 days of item delivery. Your satisfaction is important, and we will do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or incorrect, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue. Please send an email to lou@louhardwick with your order number in the subject line. Please note that our shipping policy states that if an item is damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to file a claim with the shipping carrier to be reimbursed.

All products and education are intended solely for the purchasers individual, personal use and no replications or resell is approved unless in a writing signed by Lou Hardwick.
