Where do you ship to?

Lou Hardwick is based in Australia and currently ships to Australia and New Zealand.

(We may ship to more international locations in the future which will be announced via our social media and email newsletter)

How often does your shop open and for how long?

Anywhere from every 4-8 weeks, for a few days up to a week.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Allow for 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped. Operating on a restock/shop-update model, we receive a high amount of orders in a short amount of time. We pack orders in the order they are received.
